Brandon T. Beal, MD, FAAD, is a double Board-Certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon and Cosmetic Dermatologist. He completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Beal specializes in procedural dermatology, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, treating some of the most challenging skin cancers, tumors, and cutaneous growths. Dr. Beal practices evidence-based medicine following the National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines and American Joint Committee on Cancer staging criteria. 

Dr. Beal is an expert in facial rejuvenation and minimally invasive cosmetic surgery. He helps patients achieve natural, beautiful results. He works closely with each patient to help them achieve their goals. Before any treatment, Dr. Beal wants to understand your aesthetic concerns. He will explain different treatment options and collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan to help you accomplish your unique goals. This collaborative approach ensures you receive the highest quality care in a warm and compassionate environment.

Dr. Beal helps botched patients, using his passion and creativity to correct major skin deformities such as depressions or indentations, scars, and skin pigmentation or discoloration issues. 

Dr. Beal completed his dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Dermatology & Plastic Surgery Institute and his fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Dermatologic Oncology at Zitelli & Brodland, PC. 

Dr. Beal is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery and an active member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Medical Association member. Dr. Beal is a St. Louis native who attended St. Louis University and St. Louis University High School. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in finance. Dr. Beal enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling when not in the office.

Jennifer L. Swofford, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant with 10 years of experience working in medical dermatology. She has been caring for patients in St. Charles County for the past decade and is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for dermatology to her hometown in Lincoln County. 

As a physician assistant in dermatology, Jennifer performs full skin examinations, diagnoses and treats skin malignancies and numerous other skin diseases, prescribes medications, and performs biopsies and other minor surgical procedures. She is licensed by the State of Missouri’s Board of Healing Arts to practice medicine and is board certified with the National Commission and Certification of Physician Assistants. Jennifer Swofford is a dedicated, kindhearted physician assistant who strives to provide superior patient care.

Jennifer Swofford was born and raised in Troy, Missouri, and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School. Her undergraduate education was received at Truman State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science. Her medical education was obtained through Saint Louis University’s Physician Assistant Program, where she graduated with a Master’s in Medical Science. Jennifer currently lives in Lincoln County with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her boys, serving at her local church, and reading a good book with a cup of hot tea.

Amanda joined St. Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in the fall of 2022, bringing her over 10 years of managerial experience in the medical field. As the Practice Manager, Amanda is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the clinic. She wants to ensure a positive experience for each St. Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery patient.

Amanda loves to travel with her husband and two children in her spare time. She also enjoys days on the beach, live music, and cheering on the UGA Bulldogs. Go, Dawgs!

Sherri joined St Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in the Fall of 2022. She has over 25 years in the medical field, specializing in billing, management, insurance, and clerical work. She is a certified professional biller specializing in Mohs and Dermatology since 2012. Sherri is responsible for all billing aspects of the practice to ensure proper billing and procedures are adhered to for both the practice and the patients.

Sherri has three children, two adults and one son still at home. She has 3 grandchildren and spoils them every chance she can. She enjoys her time off spending time with her family and friends. She also does charity work with the Order of the Eastern Star.

Lacy joined St Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in the Fall of 2023. Lacy has been a Dermatology Medical Assistant for 7 years. She has experience assisting providers with General Dermatology, Surgeries, and Mohs.

Lacy was raised in Troy and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School. She currently lives in Lincoln County with her husband and two kids. She enjoys side-by-side rides and spending time with her family and friends when not working.

Hailey joined St Louis Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in July 2023 with 5 years of front desk experience. On a typical day in the office, you can find Hailey at the front desk, scheduling patients and answering phone calls.

Hailey was born in St. Louis and raised in the O’Fallon area. She recently moved to Troy with her Husband. She spends much time playing with her two dogs and hanging out with her friends and family. She is so excited to join the team and can’t wait to meet you when you visit us.

Lindsey joined St Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in the Fall of 2022. Lindsey has been a Dermatological Medical Assistant for 5 years. On a typical day, Lindsey assists Dr. Beal with exams or surgeries, often making the office laugh.

Lindsey resides in Troy and enjoys playing softball and golf. Her favorite activity is spending time with her dog, Molly. She loves meeting new people and can not wait to welcome you to our practice.

Christeen joined St. Louis Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in January 2023. She has been in the medical field for 13 years and has worked in MOHS surgery/ dermatology. She worked as an assistant for a busy facial plastic surgeon’s office early in her career. She knows different procedures and enjoys her days operating with Dr. Beal.

Christeen grew up in Winfield, MO. She has three kids who keep her busy and on her toes. When Christen has free time, she likes to relax, listen to music, and spend time with family and friends.

Jessi joined St. Louis Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in January 2023. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 10 years in the medical field, 7 of which have been in dermatology. She has trained and worked as a MOHS histotech since 2020. You might find her filling in at the front desk or assisting Dr. Beal when not in the lab.

Jessi lives in Troy with her husband, Alex, and their daughter Nora. She enjoys cooking, crafting, home projects, and hanging with her chickens.
